Can't cut what? Of course, there's a lot of things you can't cut with just a spatula and an army helmet. If she can't cut whatever it is she's supposed to be cutting, shouldn't you give her some scissors or something? (not that I'd recommend giving a cranky Wiley a pair of scissors, but that's an aside point)
